WHO WE ARE
Sea Cadets is a program for youth between the ages of 13-18. The League Cadets program is for Middle School students between the ages of 10 and 13. The Sea Cadets (USNSCC) and the League Cadets (USNLCC) is a program founded by the Navy to give youth experiences in leadership, military life, and much more.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC) is to develop young people into leaders of character by teaching them the values of honor, respect, commitment, and service. The NSCC also aims to help cadets develop seagoing skills, patriotism, courage, and self-reliance.
The mission of our local unit is to encourage the youth in our program to become leaders of tomorrow, wherever their personal journey may take them. They will aim to accomplish this by listening, learning, building strength in mind and body, and most of all, protecting their people.
