How much does it cost to join Sea Cadets?

Fee Schedule:
$125 is due at the time of the application. This goes to headquarters and covers registration and insurance.

$125 is due upon completion of Recruit Orientation Training to cover the initial cost of uniforms that are issued.

As far as future fees are concerned:
1. We will charge a varying amount at each drill for meal costs and any added activity costs that the unit can't cover. This may include rock climbing or an escape room, for example.

2. We need to charge "Unit Fees". This is $50, twice a year. This is the administration cost for our unit.

3. Each year at renewal, you will need to pay $125.

4. There may be some individual uniform items that you will need to purchase for your cadet. For example, we may not have the correct size of boots in our supply. These can be purchased at an army barracks or similar store.

5. All trainings that occur outside of our drill time have their own costs that vary depending on the length and type of training. Families are also required to find their own transportation to trainings.
